Due to the nature of the goods that we carry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns because it's just not right in most (if not all) cases for us to resell the things that people may have returned to us.
If you notice that you've made a mistake on an order you've just placed, please start a chat, send an email to email@example.com or call us right away at 1-800-706-418. We say "right away", because once your order ships, it cannot be canceled. We are more than happy to make changes for our customers before an order ships. You can add or remove items before your order ships. Just let us know. We'll invoice for the balance, or we'll refund any overage, according to the changes you could make before your order ships.
