• You will contact MedSupplies.com directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute
• Filing a false “unauthorized transaction” claim after receiving goods or services constitutes payment fraud
• Filing fraudulent disputes or mail fraud claims may result in civil recovery actions and reporting to relevant financial institutions and fraud databases
• Delivery confirmation, tracking scans, signature records, IP logs, order verification records, billing verification, and customer communications may be used as evidence in dispute investigations

You understand that knowingly submitting false claims to obtain products without payment may violate federal and state fraud statutes.

4. Mail Fraud & Package Claims

You acknowledge that:

• False claims involving lost, stolen, missing, or undelivered packages may constitute mail fraud
• Carrier tracking data, GPS delivery coordinates, signature confirmation, weight verification, and shipping scans may be reviewed during investigations
• MedSupplies.com reserves the right to deny replacement shipments or refunds where fraudulent activity is suspected

Any legitimate shipping issue must be reported promptly with accurate supporting information.

5. Fraud Screening & Order Review

You understand that MedSupplies.com reserves the right to:

• Request identity or payment verification
• Cancel or refuse suspicious transactions
• Hold orders for manual review
• Limit payment methods based on risk analysis
• Report suspected fraud to processors, carriers, and relevant authorities

Orders flagged by fraud prevention systems may require additional confirmation before shipment.
